Change of name / change of legal form to Kampf GmbH
The company name of Kampf Schneid- und Wickeltechnik GmbH & Co. KG has been changed to Kampf GmbH.
The change of name has no effect on existing contracts. Contracts and obligations will continue as usual and therefore all documents issued to Kampf Schneid- und Wickeltechnik GmbH & Co. KG will remain valid and any resulting rights and obligations will remain unchanged without the need for any adjustments.
